- We make use of Yoco payment gateway as an optional payment option for online ordering by credit card. You agree that your use of this e-commerce website is entirely at your own risk. The owners will not be responsible for any loss or infringement occurring during your online ordering sessions using any payment gateways.
- All photography services provided by Dallas Dahms are 100% payable in advance unless specifically agreed on in writing.
- Ownership of imagery transfers to the commissioning party on receipt of payment in full for invoices relating to the scope of work agreed on.
- Media ordered from Dallas Dahms Photography will be delivered digitally by means of a link to cloud storage facility (usually Google Drive, but sometimes we also use We Transfer or Adobe Cloud).
- Dallas Dahms Photography is not responsible for storing online backups of your images. While we do keep our own backups for archival purposes, should you require images re-uploaded for you 3 months after the shoot date there will be an administrative fee to retrieve and reprocess these images.
