• All photography services provided by Dallas Dahms Photography are 100% payable in advance unless specifically agreed on in writing.
• Photography will be delivered digitally by means of a link to cloud storage facility (usually Google Drive, but sometimes we also use We Transfer or Adobe Cloud).
• Dallas Dahms Photography is not responsible for storing online backups of your images. While we do keep our own backups for archival purposes, should you require images re-uploaded for you there will be an administrative fee to retrieve and reprocess these images. We will advise the fee if we still have access to the files. 
• Cancellations of bookings paid for are as follows: more than 7 days prior to the shoot = 100% refund, within 3-7 days prior to shoot = 75% refund, within 48 hours of shoot = 0% refund. 
• Postponements of shoots are not penalised. If it is necessary to postpone we will try our best to accommodate you into a new slot but this is at our discretion.
• Copyright belongs to Dallas Dahms. You are purchasing a license to use the images as intended on the order form. If you wish to expand on the usage please get in touch first before assuming additional license usage. For example, if you have purchased a real estate listing and then decide to use the images for a short term listing you would need to pay the difference between the two.
