Date Fluctuations

It is important to note that our available slots tend to fluctuate wildly depending on the weather. Real estate photography does require good weather days and as such these are not always easy to predict with much accuracy. Therefore we tend to keep those dates where we anticipate good weather reserved for RE work and the less sunny days we operate in studio.

If a slot is not booked 24 hours before you would like to book your shoot it is unlikely that it will be taken, but please check with us first.

Confirmation Of Shoot Dates

If you are a first time customer with us your shoot date is only confirmed on receipt of payment in full.

We require full payment for all new customers but once we get to know you a little better we can adopt a more flexible approach to billing and reserving of shoot slots.

Corporate customers please note that we don’t offer 30 day payment terms nor will we provide any BEE certifications.
