If you are a real estate agent or a private seller looking to list your property for sale, this option is perfect for you. Pick a shoot option that meets your budget and image requirements.

Basic: shoot time = 15 minutes, covering as much as we can in that time. You’ll get back a minimum of 20 images that are professionally edited and ready for portal use.

Mid Range: shoot time = 30 minutes. This option is ideal for most medium sized properties and will provide a minimum of 40 images for your listing.

Premium: shoot time = 60 minutes. This is for larger properties where there are many high end features and the property has been staged for photography. We will focus on covering every room of the house as well as producing lifestyle vignettes of the key features for use in social media. We will also include aerial imagery at no additional cost on this option.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we are very strict on time allocations for our shoots, so please don’t disrespect that time by ordering the basic option and expecting us to shoot a massive house.

Staging
We do expect that your property will be 100% ready for photography (and video if ordered) before we arrive. We definitely don’t get involved in “staging as we go”. Please note that our pricing is ALL based on the amount of time we spend on location at your property. If we go over the time that was ordered due to no fault of our own we will bill for that time.

How We Deliver
We upload to Google Drive and send you a link (either by WhatsApp or email) where you can download your photos quickly and without any problems.

Where We Operate
We serve the greater Durban area, travelling between Umdloti, Amanzimtoti and the Outer West suburbs. If you are just outside these areas (like say in Ballito) we can help, but it will depend on the size of the package you buy. If you’re not sure, please get in touch and we can figure out what deal will work.

Shoot Date & Time
During checkout there is a field called Additional Information where you can insert your preferred shoot date and time. These are not promised appointment times but we will try as far as possible to accommodate your request depending on adjacent bookings and travel times. We will confirm your appointment with you once your order is received and we have received your payment. No shoot slot is confirmed without receiving payment in full.

    Notes For Add Ons

2D Floor Plans
The floor plans are available for contiguous internal parts of your buildings. The measurements have between 95-97% accuracy. If you require more accurate floor plans they will have to be done by a professional draughts person.

Same Day Delivery 
If you opt for this your shoot must take place before 12pm. Images will be delivered by 6pm at the latest.

Videos
Our videos are not walk through explorations of the property. They are edited in a way that showcases the highlights of the property and are designed to generate interest and excitement for buyers to want to come and see the property in person. You can order horizontal or vertical format, or both. If you opt for both the vertical is extracted from horizontal footage and aligned to the points of interest.

We have also provided an option for video footage only at a flat rate. The rate will be the same for any size property but on larger properties it will only focus on exteriors and key interior elements – some rooms will not be filmed.

Video is shot in 4K and delivered in 4K for horizontal, 1080p for vertical.

* Free Aerial Photography
Our free offer is restricted to safe flying zones in residential areas that are not within 10km of an airfield and do not exceed 100m altitude. If you require commercial drone work we refer that to our partners.

AI Weather Enhancement Shots
It is now possible to take a photo on a grey and overcast day and have AI make it look like a beautiful sunny day. If you need this done for your hero shots we will include two enhancements for the stipulated fee and ensure that they are the same spec as our other photos. If you require all exteriors to be done this may require extensive work to ensure uniformity and the results are not guaranteed. Talk to us and we can work out a pricing plan.
