Shoot Date & Time
During checkout there is a field called Additional Information where you can insert your preferred shoot date and time. These are not promised appointment times but I will try as far as possible to accommodate your request depending on adjacent bookings and travel times. I will confirm your appointment with you once your order and payment is received. No shoot slot is confirmed without receiving payment in full. At this time I am accepting PayPal / Venmo.

Important Things To Consider
I do expect that your property will be 100% ready for photography before I arrive. I definitely don’t get involved in “staging as we go”. There are time limits on listing shoots, see below:

Small = 30 minutes max

Medium = 45 minutes max

Large = 60 minutes max

Delivery
Images are delivered via Google Drive link (either by text message or email) within 24 hours of the shoot concluding.

2D Floor Plans

This service is a 24 hour turnaround for basic plans with measurements that are on average 95% accurate.

Same Day Delivery Add-on

I can only offer this option if the shoot happens before 11am. You will receive fully edited images by 5pm on the day of the shoot.

AI Weather Enhancement Shots
It is now possible to take a photo on a grey and overcast day and have AI make it look like a beautiful sunny day. If you need this done for your hero shots we will include two enhancements for the stipulated fee and ensure that they are the same spec as our other photos. If you require all exteriors to be done this may require extensive work to ensure uniformity and the results are not guaranteed. Talk to us and we can work out a pricing plan.
