Our short term rental service is produced to a higher standard than regular real estate photography, specifically on the editing side. We also focus on a different type of composition that is required by official Airbnb guidelines and which lends itself to algorithmic efficiencies (platforms can use AI to determine whether certain properties have been photographed to Airbnb standards).

Time Frame
It typically takes 30-90 minutes to photograph your space, depending on the size of the property. Shoot times are usually in the mornings, but understandably if your space is occupied and you can only shoot in the afternoon when everything is ready, we can accommodate times up until a 3pm end time on weekdays.

Deliverables
You will receive your images of the space via a Google Drive shared link within 48 hours of the shoot. The images will be size optimised and ready to use on any online booking platform.

Terms & Conditions
This deal covers residential properties in the Durban metro between Umhlanga, Amanzimtoti and Hillcrest. Spaces are photographed as found (in situ), hosts are to prepare the space before the shoot.

Shoot Date & Time
During checkout there is a field called Additional Information where you can insert your preferred shoot date and time. These are not promised appointment times but we will try as far as possible to accommodate your request and will confirm your appointment with you once your order is received.

Rush Delivery 
If you opt for this your shoot must take place before 12pm. Images will be delivered by 6pm at the latest.

Videos
Our videos are not walk through explorations of the property. They are edited in a way that showcases the highlights of the property and are designed to generate interest and excitement for guests to want to experience property in person. You can order horizontal or vertical format, or both. If you opt for both the vertical is extracted from horizontal footage and aligned to the points of interest. Video is shot in 4K and delivered in 4K for horizontal, 1080p for vertical.
