Being a professional real estate photographer in Durban sees me entering some truly magnificent homes. This past week has been no exception and I got to photograph some truly inspiring homes ranging from Assagay in the west all the way out to the South and North suburbs of the city.
Here is a selection of my favourite frames from the week.
These first three were from a wonderfully designed and decorated home in Assagay. I loved everything about this house, especially the easy layout and the flow from the outside into the main living areas. It’s an entertainers dream!
This house above was another architecturally inspired space. While not decorated to my tastes, the sea views and layout were very pleasing.
This last home was set up in the hills above the Umgeni river. The house was really quite an architectural delight with many rooms and a lovely open entertainment area with a totally private swimming pool, enclosed by the low maintenance face brick house. To cap it off the roof has a double story viewing deck with incredible ocean views of Durban.
