We have developed a deal that estate agents will love.
Commit to buying 4 stills only shoots and you will enjoy a super low price of R700 per property.

All four shoots are paid for in advance on a “mini-retainer” basis.

You will receive a minimum of 20 images per listing.

You have 90 days to book all four shoots. No rush.

Your photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.

THE RULES

  • The Quick & Easy bundle must be paid for in advance.

  • Bundle has a 90 day shelf life.

  • Bookings require 48 hours notice and are not guaranteed.

  • Properties must be ready to shoot (staging, cleaning, etc).

  • 30 minutes maximum shoot duration.

  • Pets & Owners to vacate premises during shoot.

  • This deal is ONLY for estate agents in the Durban Berea and Beachfront areas.

  • This deal is ONLY for stills. There is no video or drone included.

THE PROCESS

You purchase this deal online on this page by clicking the ORDER NOW button. You can pay by card or EFT.

When we receive your payment we will confirm your order and send you an account with a retainer invoice showing that you have paid. You will also get a billing portal login invite where you can keep track of your account with us.

You can request your shoots anytime once your account is in credit. Obviously we do have a limited amount of slots available but we will try to accommodate you as best we can. You can check our booking calendar page to see when we have gaps. FYI we don’t shoot more than 2 properties per day and weekends are not available on this deal.

When we arrive we will expect that the property is ready to shoot. In other words you can’t stage as we go as this will definitely cause problems with timings. If you need any advice on how to stage feel free to reach out to us and we can send you a list of do’s and don’ts.

We will deliver your images within 24 hours of completing the shoot. You will receive a Google Drive link and all your shoots will be stored in there in sub-folders per listing. These stay up for 3 months.

After each property is completed we issue a separate invoice that is paid for from your retainer. It will have a zero amount owing. This is just so that we all remain on the same page.
